§01 · Terms

Terms & conditions of sale.

Effective 2026

§01

Title transfer

Title to the goods passes to the buyer at the moment of dispatch from our Nairobi warehouse, or at handover to the buyer's nominated courier — whichever comes first. Risk of loss transfers with title. Buyers may elect to use their own carrier.

§02

Returns

We accept returns of factory-sealed SKF parts within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided the original packaging is intact and the part has not been mounted, lubricated or otherwise prepared for installation. A 10% restocking fee applies on returns for change-of-mind; defective parts are exchanged or refunded in full.

§03

Payment terms

Nairobi customers may pay by M-Pesa, mobile money, card or bank transfer, settled in full before dispatch. Regional and corporate buyers may apply for LPO and Net 30 terms, subject to a one-time credit check. Quoted prices are exclusive of VAT; VAT and any applicable WHT are itemised on the tax invoice.

§04

Tax invoicing

Every order ships with a KRA · TRA · URA · DGI compliant tax invoice issued by our distributing entity. Buyers requiring ETIMS-validated invoicing should declare their KRA PIN at checkout or in the quote request — invoices issued without a PIN cannot be reissued later.

§05

Warranty

All parts carry the manufacturer's warranty as published by SKF. Premature failure traceable to a manufacturing defect is handled directly with SKF; we facilitate the claim and ship the replacement to your delivery address.
